News: LaVue, images from 2 sources

• LaVue from 2 sources: there is no intrinsic mechanism in LaVue to synchronize images from 2 detectors, LaVue is not aware of the step-scan time structure. JK modiefied LaVue to have better timing.

  Better solution: meta server delivering synchronized frames, mayby use a unique ID in ASAPO to identify data belonging together. The unique ID can be thought of as a trigger number.

  ASAPO support: Lambda OK, Eiger only if ZMQ.
