• Future of Atlassian tools: ongoing negotiations with Atlassian, stable situation until Feb 2024.

• TngEigerCli: download file optionally to DownloadDirectory (TS attribute), not only to ScanDir. Required an update of hasyutils.

  TngEigerCLI.py p62e2x4m --download         download the DCU files to ScanDir
  TngEigerCLI.py p62e2x4m --download_scandir download the DCU files to ScanDir
  TngEigerCLI.py p62e2x4m --download_dldir   download the DCU files to DownloadDirectory (TS attribute) 
  TngEigerCLI.py p62e2x4m --delete           delete the DCU files and directories

• pyspMonitor MB2: the middle button selects a single Scan, maybe to move the scan motor. Required an update of pyspectra.
