- allocating Maxwell resources: to organize data processing
within beamtimes, Maxwell resources have to be allocated, CPU and GPU.
This has to happen 14 days in advance, since 2 weeks is
maximum time for jobs on slurm.
Need to discuss.
- Debian-10 upgrade
- Debian-10 is ready, tests passed

- Install python3-sardana, done
- python2/python3 compliance, new packages for hasyutils, pyspectra, tnggui, ongoing
- one BL after the other: Debian-10 then Tango 9.3 then SardanaPython3
