News: bug reports P10: ScanID, P23: MotorGroup

• 'MotorGroup' error reported by P23: collective moves of virtual motors, each connecting to 2 real motors.

  Hard to reproduce. Thinking about a fix avoiding AIO.

• ScanID rarely not incremented, reported by P10:

  Happened before. Unclear whether we found a fix for this.

• Request: FS-SC members to have r-access or rw-acces to GPFS. The idea is to flag exceptions is Door. Status ongion.

• User limits, user calibration (P06, P08): status ongoing

• Debian-10 upgrade, new PCs are installed with P10, no ExpPC under Debian-10 so far.
