News, MGs from online.xml, MacroServer issues

• MGs defined in online.xml: It is recommended to add arbitrary attributes to the MG as tangoattributectctrl devices, see here

• MacroServer issues: SardanaDiag.py creates now core dumps of the MacroServer and the Pool and the last 1000 lines of the log files.

  when the MacroServer gets stuck and let us know. Date and time of the incident is important since there will be more that one core dump file.
