News: Tango server restart, Visit from ITT, MacroServer, Pool core dump files; SardanaMonitor: 'Abort' and 'Stop' do not stop moves; P09: escan does not return to starting position; Gnome restart button does not work; P23, P08, PCO with HiDRA slow, P21

• Tango server restart yesterday: the reason was a change in the Tango startup scripts to fix the GPIB problems occuring after reboot. This triggered the starter restart. The starter restart will not happen again, if GPIB needs further treatment.

  Btw.: To avoid the homing procedure: if you know that the current motor position is correct, you can 'Set FlagEncoderHomed' e.g. using TngTool.py.

• Visit from ITT: the plan is to prepare an environment for our commercial users. Sabine Jaehmlich will visit the BL managers to find out which software is needed.

• The number of MacroServer and Pool core dump files is now restricted to 10. Needs to be distributed.

• SardanaMonitor: neither 'Abort' nor 'Stop' stop moves. Cannot reproduce the problem.

• escan, P09: escan does not return to starting position. Cannot reproduce the problem.

• Gnome, restart button does not work: after hitting the restart gnome button, one can choose between Shutdown (def.) or Restart.

• Lambda server appears to get stuck now and then, P23, P08: the problem did not show-up in tests. Ongoing.

• PCO slow, P21: solved (network switch HW).
