News: SardanaMonitor: mesh scans, HPC nodes, head-less PCs, Docker

• SardanaMonitor: mesh scans, integration started, further tests needed:

  Wait for Sardana upgrade to cover also dmesh scans.

  MCA scans: performance improvement.

• New HPC nodes: configuration: 2x Skylake 4114, 768 GB RAM, 1x128 GB SSD, 10 GE, IB, GPU P100, total: 20 systems

• head-less PC (P02, P06): do not start gnome-shell, DONE

• Docker issue: p06user cannot start Docker image, open

  Docker under Windows-10: no VM box needed, the installation of Docker and a X-server is sufficient.
