P08 AmptekPX5/timescan issue

At P08 a timescan with a measurement group involving an AmptekPX5 caused errors:

• The FIORecorder expected a motor, fixed by JK

• pyspMonitor had to be made aware of Amptek, fixed

Btw. it may be necessary to use the latency_time parameter for the timescan, if devices respon d slowly.

timescan 10 0.1 0.2

You may also consider to use a dummy motor scan instead.

ascan exp_dmy01 0 10 10 0.1

python3-sardana and python3-pyspectra have not been updated so far; wait for tests at P08 and for the next Wednesday.
