• ICS incidence: P05, P06, P02.1, P02.2, P07: ICS reported 'Server Timeout'. Workaraound: https://hasics2.desy.de//index.php

  hasics1 was at 100% cpu usage. The reason is not known so far. It is also not known why the load balance did not direct connects to hasics to an available node. Both issues are under investigation.

• search FS-EC docus: the Experiment Control web page has now a COMPUTING MANUAL SEARCH, see here.

• Kerberos update: proposed date: 6.12.2017, 12 - 14h, expected outage: few seconds.

• MacOS office: version 2011 is out of service, update to 2016.
