Description: the first home procedure after power-on changes the step position of all channels of a card. The observation is that the new (wrong) values can be derived from the correct values by a shift-right-by-3bits, e.g. 12345 -> 1543 or 100000 -> 12500.
The OmsVme58 Tango server has been changed to take this effect into account.
SardanaMacroTester.py released. Visits all directories in
the MacroPath and reports Python errors and conflicting Macro library and
class names.
