News: rename pool elements, imageViewer

• GPFS re-configuration 1.3. - 2.3.2016; to be agreed with IT; max offline, gpfs offline, portal offline for 2 days.

• New feature implemented in sardana: Rename pool elements after creation.

• New implementation for general scan hooks, scan condition and on_stop function in sardana. Installed by request.

• Updated Debian-8 issues

• Updated science accounts.

  /common/p09/sardanaMacros	not editable from BL user. Remove this entry? No, will stay (P06).
  /gpfs/local/sardanaMacros	visible for all BL PCs, independent of the beamtimes, beamline and detector accounts have r,w access, no syncing with the core file-system, cannot be accessed from the core file-system, no backup.
