News: rename pool elements, imageViewer

GPFS re-configuration 1.3. - 2.3.2016; to be agreed with IT; max offline, gpfs offline, portal offline for 2 days.
New feature implemented in sardana: Rename pool elements after creation.
New implementation for general scan hooks, scan condition and on_stop function in sardana. Installed by request.
Updated Debian-8 issues
Updated science accounts.
