News: Cursor for SardanaMonitor, CORBA exception, mvsa, XIA crash

• SardanaMonitor: a cursor has been implemented, see Spock manual, GUI Tools section. Spectra had to be updated 'everywhere'.

• CORBA exceptions: the commands 'spock> www' helps to identify the servers that generated the error.

  P08: time-outs were caused by I404, solution: used USB instead of RS232. So far USB for BPM4 has been installed.

  P09: time-outs were generated by the OmsVme58 server, false 'slip-detection' condition, server has been changed.

• mvsa requires a minimum of 9 points.

• XIA crashed. Looks like a memory leak. Yuelong investigates.
