MotorLogger during Shutdown/Reboot: the service tango-motorlogger is started during the
reboot process. It creates the versioned file /online_dir/MotorLogs/motorLogReboot.lis.
Afterswards the difference between this file and /online_dir/MotorLogs/motorLogShutdown.lis
is appended to /online_dir/MotorLogs/ShutdownReboot.log (and sent to TK).
First observation: encoder reading produce differences, no surprise.
