afs trouble: some possible actions have been added to to the what-to-do-if section
of the Spock manual.
'mvsa peak' and 'move to cursor' fail, if scans have been aborted by Ctrl-C.
Solution: Cursor and mvsa return return immediately, if the last scan was aborted.
SardanaMonitor:
1st point can be zero (slow motors, long move to first point)
Cursor widget crashes.
