News: TngGui3, MoveWidget; confluence migration to XWiki

• TngGui3, moveWidget: prompt the user for confirmation before a MOVING motor is stopped. Reason: do not interrupt scans or motions initiated somewhere else.

• Confluence migration to XWiki, report by IT in FS-SB/TB:

   
  - first survey of DESY spaces has been made
  - migration should be possible by end of year ’23
  - next step is a more detailed analysis & action plan (over summer)
  - plan is to start live migrations in October
  
  to make sure all migrations will have been successful
  - we will be keeping the old source alive
  - for reference (read-only mode)
  - securely (no longer accessible from Internet)
  - for a limited amount of time
  (in accordance with D4 guidelines - risk assessment – goal ~ 6m)
  - we will try to create a long term archive in XML formlower
    priority – will be dealt with after migration phase

  Plan B: Continue to run Confluence for a limited amount of time, 
  access from internal network only.
