hidra; SciCat status; PyAdsAdaptor; fscan; pyspMonitor

EigerDectris, ct/ascan/hidra: P08 reported the following problem:
- The combination of 'ascan', 'ct' and a running hidra may create duplicate file names.
- 'ascan' produces new files names for the Eiger. This happens in the gh_pre_scan hook.
- Hidra moves files to the GPFS BL file system shortly after they are created by 'ascan'.
- 'ct' does not change the file name.
- If 'ct' is executed, a new file with the old name is created.
- 'ct' does not execute the pre_scan_hook, but the pre_acq_hook.
- Changing the file name in the pre_acq_hook is not an option. This would interfere with 'ascan'.
Solution: to execute scans with 1 point use

timescan 0 0.1
```
The sample time is 0.1 s.
- We will not change 'ct' or 'ascan' because they are standard macros.
- 'ct' should not execute measurements including Eigers.
- The post_scan_hook may change the file name to a random string.
- Use timescan. Currently this causes a problem with pyspMonitor. Will be fixed.
SciCat status: The plan is to make the general DESY-FS roll-out as soon as the new backend is released. The work on the new backend does not make progress as expected, mainly because there is not enough personnel working on the project. DESY has an open position since long, no applicants.
The SciCat Technical group offers to include more BLs into the tests. No guarantee that the meta data can be automaticall migrated to the new system.
PyAdsAdaptor: Tango server talking Ads (Beckhoff) with dynamic attributes defined by a property (copied from VmExecutor). Tests at P04.

fscan: pyspMonitor gets stuck, if there are blanks in the definition of the independent variables, e.g.:

Now the title of the plot contains a warning: "Unable to create graphics ..."
Btw.: the document string of fscan says: "no spaces are allowed in the indepvar string"
