Impossible to start area search P09, 16.4.2017

Description: The DACHS terminal didn't respond. A soft restart of the DACHS server via the "check DACHS" button on the ICS website didn't solve the Problem. The shift service couldn't enable the manual search (individual problem).

Workaround: Find someone with one of this roles: Beamline Manager, Beamline Scientist, Safety Manager or Shift Service to enable the manual search.

Solution: MPY has to fix the DACHS terminal. Permissions of the shift service members have been adjusted.
