OmsVme58: encoder position invalid, turns grey in the ATK panel

Description: after a re-start of the OmsVme58 server the encoder position is no longer available. It cannot be read and the corresponding field in the ATK panel becomes grey. This happens because the server has no way to detect whether the axis was homed.

Action:

• If the reference mark is within reach: execute a homing procedure.
• Otherwise: set the attribute FlagEncoderHomed to 1 and consider to calibrate the encoder.
