VME: Reload sis1100 (needs root access)

To avoid a reboot of an ExpPc or just for testing purposes one may reload the VME driver by hand:

pXXuser> tango stop
root> rmmod sis1100
root> dmesg

root> modprobe sis1100
root> /usr/sbin/sis1100.init start
  this will produce error messages like:
