Tango class for controlling the Keithley3706 current applifier. Connection via socket or Gpib. If the property GpibDevice is set to a value different from None the connection will be done using gpib, and if it fails it will automatically try to connect via socket using the properties PortNb and Hostname (in case they are set). If GpibDevice is set to None or not set (None is the default value) the connection will be done via socket, using the properties PortNb and Hostname.
The Server can run in different modes. If the property FixTemperatureMode is set to 1, configuration and all parameters are fixed and set at the initialization and the server simply reads the temperature value from one channel, shown in the Temperature attribute.
