 OFF. Any of the devices not available (only looking at the ones activated in the MotorMask attribute).

 FAULT. Any of the devices in FAULT state and all available (only looking at the ones activated in the MotorMask attribute).

 MOVING. Any of the devices in MOVING state, all available and nonne in FAULT (only looking at the ones activated in the MotorMask attribute).

 ON. All devices in idle state (only looking at the ones activated in the MotorMask attribute).
