Command Commut :

Command activates a motor. After the activation, the motor begins to follow the reference and
physical motion is available.

Commut Definition
Input Argument	Tango::DEVVAR_DOUBLEARRAY	0: excitation current in percentage 0-100 1: settle time in ms 2: slope All except 1st argument are optional, if not set, default values are used. To use default for excitation current set it to -1.
