StopMove	DEV_VOID	DEV_VOID	OPERATOR	None.
ResetMotor	DEV_VOID	DEV_VOID	OPERATOR	Reset master unit.
Calibrate	DEV_DOUBLE	DEV_VOID	OPERATOR	Only for compatibility reasons. Does nothing.
StartWaveGenerator	DEV_VOID	DEV_VOID	OPERATOR	Starts wave generator with the waveform defined in the correspoding attributes
StopWaveGenerator	DEV_VOID	DEV_VOID	OPERATOR	Stops wave generator.
DefineWaveform	DEV_VOID	DEV_VOID	OPERATOR	Define waveform with the corresponding attribute values.
ReadWaveform	DEV_VOID	DEV_STRING	OPERATOR	Read positions of the defined waveform.
