Welcome to the documentation of `libpnicore`. Currently, this package is only
of limitted usage for Python developers. It currently 

 - two conversion functions for `boost::python` for `numpy` scalars and
   boolean values
    
 - Python wrappers for the exception types used by `libpnicore`

 - and a couple of templates which can be used for the development of other
   python packages.
