Invokes help.

Format:

SPECTRA> h$*$elp [topic [subtopic [...]]]

Description:

If there are no parameters, a list of available topics is displayed.

If a topic is supplied on the command line, SPECTRA displays the corresponding help text or subtopics.

Format:

SPECTRA> help news

Description:

Displays the latest changes of SPECTRA.

Note that there is the verb apropos that allows you scan the help file for a search string. See section 15.3.2 for details.
