Merge

Merges two SCANs.
Format:
SPECTRA> me$*$rge [/ex$*$clude] id1 id2 [sname]

Description:
The SCAN sname contains all points of id1 and id2. If the sname is omitted, SPECTRA creates a SCAN named id1_M.
/exclude
If there is an overlap of id1 and id2, the points of id2 are ignored in the overlapping region.
