Set Verify

Echos the command line.
Format:
SPECTRA> set ver$*$ify [nsec]
SPECTRA> set nover$*$ify default

Description:
verify: Used to debug command files. If nsec is supplied, SPECTRA displays the current command nsec seconds before it continues.
