Description:

Returns the mean x value of a SCAN. It is calculated using this formula:

$$\overline{x} = \frac{\sum_{i=1}^{n} x_i * y_i}{ \sum_{i=1}^{n} y_i}$$

$n$ is the current index of the SCAN.
