The the following we list some principles of the DESY Bluesky implementation.

Instead of designing an entirely new system, we plan to use some Sardana principles as guide lines, magic commands, environment, measurement group, (hooks), etc.
bluesky profile: to start IPython using the profile bluesky:

If this profile does not exists, it is created:

```

CLI: there is a command line interface which is based on the IPython magic command feature. It is enabled by:

lsmag displays the available magic commands.

These are the well known spec/spock commands.

Environment: certain information is stored in a dictionary called environment. The environment is made persistent by relating it to a memorized attribute of the BlueskyServer, a Tango server. Every read/write action from/to the environment results in a read/write operation from/to the attribute. This way it is ensured that the environment is always up-to-date, also for multiple processes.
