petra_state()
Returs a string that describes the current state of PETRA, e.g.: “Betrieb->Experimente”.
e.g.: * = petra_state()
If a 'connection timeout' occurs, Petra_state() returns an
empty string and
does not generate an error. This way long running measurements
are not interrupted.
