Monochromator

energy()
energy() = float_expr
Reads/sets the energy [eV].

See the beamline manuals for details about the monochromator.

Note that there is the command move/mc that supports the alignment of the monochromator motors.

Some Online sessions use the monochromator functions of a remote host. This host is specified by MC_SERVER. The remote host has to run an Online session in server mode.

Energy scans are invoked by scan/energy, see section .
e.g.:
