Inspect 'Errors in log files'

Sometimes scans are interrupted and the user is notified that the measurement group ended in a FAULT state. In many cases the www command does not give sufficient information. The user has to inspect the log files. To make things a little bit easier, the Inspect pop-up menu has been extended by 'Errors in log files' see figure 4.5. In this example we find the 'list assignment index out of range' error together with am_attr_65, indicating that am_attr_65 is not exported.

Note: experience will tell whether this feature is really useful or whether it has to be improved or whether it should be removed.
