News: Lambda Lib, MacroExecutor, Eiger2 IFC

• Yuelong distributed a new Lambda library. He asked the users to make some tests. No response yet.

• Eiger2 IFC: prepared a command line, macro and scan interface for the Eiger2 detectors, see here

  The idea is to adapt it to Eiger1 detectors as well. Need a test device.

• MacroExecutor: spock-like application for save, remote beamline operation, see here

  The idea is create easy-to-use interface. The user should not be confused by offering too many details. However, if an important feature is messing, tell me. I'll try to implement it.
