- Sync&Share Office: IT and HGF are in contact with NextCloud about the issues connected to Collabora (also raised in this meeting a while ago). Potentially better alternative is expected to be available in 3-4 month. Negotiations are ongoing.
- Sync&Share full text search: As a new feature full text search within documents is now available on Sync&Share. This might be of interst for those that use Sync&Share e.g. als logbook since this allows to search within documents.
- Sync&Share poll feature: Additional app for polls (like Doodle or DFN Terminplaner) now available: https://syncandshare.desy.de/index.php/apps/polls
- Maxwell will migrate to RedHat 9 until summer 2024.
