The issue is related to the 'P10 fix' in september 2023 when controller names were extended by the remote host name, like haspp99_omsvme58. The idea was to allow for names like p99/motor/exp.01 on different hosts. Without the host name extension the controller names would always be omsvme58_exp which leads to a conflict.
The 'P10 fix' was removed because setting-up the controllers is a bit tricky (nothing to be done in a hurry).
Action taken:
To avoid the conflict use names like haspp99eh1:10000/p99/motor/eh1.01 and haspp99eh2:10000/p99/motor/eh2.01.
