    Description :
      Starts the counter using the internal time base. The counting time muss always be given (in us). The number of repetitions is optional (1 by default).

    Input Argument Tango::DEVVAR_LONGARRAY (Counting time, number of repetitions)
    Output Argument Tango::DEV_VOID (...)
