Most likely the phytron crate is not powered. All you have to do is to switch it on. This problem arises after a power failure because the power of the phytron crates is controlled by a relais which has to be activated by pressing the button on the back side of the crate.
If that doesn't cure it, there is a problem with the cables. Call an expert.
